COOKIE POLICY
Consent management by Cookiebot CMP (Usercentrics): cookies that require consent — including statistics and marketing — are only set after you agree.
1. Scope
This cookie policy explains which cookies and comparable technologies (localStorage, pixels, tags) are used on cystrat-services.com, on what legal basis, and how you can control them at any time. Controller: Cystrat Services GmbH, Zwingerstraße 17c, 63477 Maintal, Germany — see Imprint.
2. Consent management with Cookiebot CMP
We use Cookiebot CMP, a consent management platform of Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark. Cookiebot displays the consent banner, blocks scripts that require consent until you agree (“prior blocking”), and documents your decision.
For this purpose Cookiebot processes your IP address (anonymised), browser and device data, the URL visited,
the date and time of your decision, a random consent ID (cookie CookieConsent, lifetime up to
12 months) and the consent state per category. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (c) and (f) GDPR — legal obligation
to demonstrate consent under Art. 7 (1) GDPR and legitimate interest in a lawful, auditable consent process.
The consent cookie itself is strictly necessary within the meaning of Sec. 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. Usercentrics
acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Cookie categories
-
Necessary — required for the website to work and to record your consent (e.g.
CookieConsent). Legal basis: Sec. 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. No consent needed. -
Preferences — remember your settings, e.g.
cystrat-lang(cookie and localStorage, up to 12 months) for your language choice (DE/EN). - Statistics — help us understand how the website is used (reach measurement, page views, traffic sources) so we can improve content and performance.
- Marketing — used for tracking across pages and sessions, to measure campaigns and to display relevant advertising, including via third-party providers.
Preferences, statistics and marketing cookies — including tracking and cross-device measurement — are only set after your explicit consent. Legal basis: Sec. 25 (1) TDDDG together with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Where providers process data in third countries such as the USA, this is based on EU standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; residual risks such as access by public authorities cannot be fully excluded.
4. Cookies currently in use
The following list is generated and kept up to date automatically by Cookiebot and shows every cookie and tracking technology detected on this website, including provider, purpose and lifetime:
5. Withdrawing or changing consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with future effect — withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. After withdrawal, cookies requiring consent are no longer set and the corresponding scripts are blocked again:
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking consent-based cookies does not restrict the core functions of this website.
6. Server log files
Independently of cookies, technically necessary access data (truncated IP address, time, URL, status, referrer, user agent) is processed in server log files on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and deleted after a maximum of 30 days. Details: Privacy Policy.
7. Status
This cookie policy is effective as of August 2026 and is updated whenever the technologies used change.
